Important: Be sure to include at least one of the following inside the return package:
- Your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- A copy of your invoice
- Or your name and shipping address
This ensures we can correctly identify your order and process your refund.
What Happens Next
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund for the eligible items
- Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed
- A refund confirmation email will be sent once complete. Please allow for approximately 2-10 days for it to appear on your statement depending on banks. Most often we find it takes about 2-3 business days.
Discounted Shipping Returns
If your order qualified for discounted or free shipping, but you later return the item(s), our original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Example:
If your order total was $250 and you received discounted shipping, your refund may be:$250 – $14.57 (our actual shipping cost) = $235.43 refund
