How to Get a Quote for Insurance (Unpaid Invoice)
You can easily request a formal insurance invoice by following these steps:

Place an Online Order
Go to the product page and add the TENS machine to your cart:
👉 TENS Machines - Select “Email Bank Transfer” at Checkout
This allows you to complete the order without being charged immediately. - Use Matching Contact Details
Make sure the billing and shipping info matches the person submitting the insurance claim. - Add a Note
In the Order Comments box at checkout, write:
“Please send me an invoice for insurance purposes.” - We’ll Send the Invoice
You’ll receive a PDF invoice marked UNPAID, which you can submit to your insurance provider. - We Cancel the Order
Once the invoice is sent, we’ll cancel your original order. If your claim is approved, you can return to the website and place a new order when ready.
