Returning Your Rental
When your 5-week rental period is over:
If you picked up, there will be instructions for return in the box including a door pin code. Please leave in the return bin in the lockers foyer.
If you had your rental shipped to you,
- Reuse the original shipping box
- Place the device and all parts back inside
- Affix the included prepaid UPS return label
- Drop the package at any UPS store or authorized location
No need to worry about returning it on the exact day—we understand life with a new baby can be unpredictable. Just return it when you're ready so another family can benefit. 💕
