1. Are both electrodes applied to your skin?
- Two electrodes are required to complete the circuit and deliver current
- Ensure both pads are properly positioned on the skin
2. Have you removed the plastic covers from the electrodes?
- Each pad has a clear protective film—remove it before use
- Pads must be snugly adhered to the skin to work
3. Are the lead wires securely connected?
- This is the most common issue
- Lead wires can wear out over time
- Try using the extra set of wires included with most machines
- Make sure they are plugged in firmly at both ends
4. Are you using the correct buttons to increase intensity?
- Each lead wire controls one side of the machine (left or right)
- Use the correct arrow buttons to adjust intensity for each side
5. Are the batteries fresh and installed properly?
- Confirm that the device powers on
- Replace batteries if unsure or if power appears weak
