    Received a Faulty or Defective Item?

    While we do our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside our control, and unfortunately, issues like this can happen.

    If your item arrived damaged or faulty and you need a replacement of the same item, please Contact Us right away at orders@birthsuppliescanada.ca.  

    IMPORTANT:  Keep packaging, packing slips and items together.  Take photos of damaged packaging and/or items.  

    If the item is a Birth Pool or Liner, please use our Birth Pool Warranty Claim form

    If the item is Medical Equipment or Device, please use our Medical Device Warranty Claim form
