Birth Pool Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of the products we sell and aim to resolve any manufacturer defects quickly and fairly. Please review the information below before submitting a warranty claim.
Warranty Claim Timeframe

All manufacturer defects must be reported within the warranty period of the particular Brand of pool.

We highly recommend opening and inspecting your birth pool well before your due date to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
Second-Hand Purchases
Warranty coverage is only valid for the original purchaser.
If the pool was purchased second-hand, even if it is still within its expected use range (e.g., 5 uses or 1 year), the warranty is no longer valid.
Only the original purchaser with proof of purchase may submit a warranty claim.
