We typically do not ship orders in multiple parts. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you promptly so you can choose to:
- Cancel the unavailable item(s), or
- Select substitute product(s).
Exception: If the shipping fees paid are 5% or less of your order subtotal, we may ship your order in separate shipments at our discretion.
