Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link.
For Canadian Orders:
You can use the tracking link provided to follow your parcel from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your doorstep.
For International Orders:
All international shipments are sent via Canada Post.
- After your parcel crosses the border, tracking updates may temporarily lag. Often orders appear to be "stuck at customs", however they are still moving.
- For more detailed delivery updates, use your Canada Post tracking number on your local courier’s website.
