Birth Supplies Canada is proud to offer a tiered free shipping promotion for our online customers within Canada based on cart subtotal, cart total volumetric weight, and shipping location. 

Exclusions:

• International Orders (Outside Canada)

This order is over $149 and the weight is under 5kg so it would qualify for free shipping in the following provinces:  AB, BC, MB, SK.

What is volumetric weight?

Used by shipping couriers such as UPS, Canada Post, etc.  Volumetric weight refers to the overall size of a parcel and is measured in volumetric kilograms. Volumetric weight can be calculated by multiplying the length, width and height of a parcel (in cm) and dividing that figure by 5000 (some carriers use a divisor of 4000).

Returns & Refunds

If you receive our free shipping promotion, and items are later returned, our original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Example:  Your order is $250 and qualifies for discounted shipping rate.  You later return the items and the refund is $250 minus $19.57 shipping fees we paid to ship your original order.    To estimate the cost of economy shipping for your order, look at the first rate displayed below any free shipping option at checkout.  (Example image below):
