    Parcel not arrived as expected?

    Delivery Confirmation & Courier Support

    Thank you for your order! If your tracking shows the parcel as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it or it is not at your doorstep, please read the information below:

    Why This Happens

    It’s common for couriers to mark a parcel as delivered when it is still on the truck and out for delivery.   Once they update their system, this status also updates on our website automatically.  

    Alternatively, your parcel was delivered to your community mailbox versus to your doorstep.

    What to Do First

    • Wait one more day, as it may still be delivered by the end of the day

    • Use your tracking number link to view the courier’s updates directly

    • If still not delivered, contact the courier right away to:

      • Confirm delivery attempt

      • Locate your parcel

      • Arrange redelivery or pickup

    • Contact us to request  ticket for lost parcel be opened within 24 hours if parcel is not located.

    Tracking International Orders

    If you are located outside of Canada, try entering your Canada Post tracking number into your local postal service’s website for more accurate updates once the parcel reaches your country.

    For example:
    Canada Post tracking numbers can be entered on USPS.com for tracking within the United States.

    This often provides more current or localized tracking details than the Canada Post site alone.

    Check for a Delivery Notice

    Sometimes, a delivery notice is left at your door and the parcel is waiting at the nearest pickup location.  
    Use your tracking number or contact the courier to confirm if this is the case.

    Important

    If there is an issue with your delivery (e.g., misdelivery, lost parcel), please notify us immediately at orders@birthsuppliescanada.ca.
    We must open a ticket with the courier within their reporting timeframes, so prompt communication is essential.
