    Shipping Address Policy

    To ensure smooth and timely delivery of your order, please read the following carefully:

    Double-Check Your Shipping Address

    Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. This address is automatically exported into our shipping software exactly as entered. Due to ongoing issues with chargeback scams, we are unable to make address changes after an order is placed.

    If You Made a Mistake in Your Address

    If your order has not shipped yet:

    Contact us immediately with the correct address. For major address changes, we will cancel your order so you re-order with the correct address.  Unfortunately, due to the nature of e-commerce and the risk of chargebacks, our policy is not to manually alter shipping addresses after an order has been placed.

    If your order has already shipped:

    If you no longer need the original order, you’re welcome to submit a return request once it arrives. We’ll issue a refund as soon as the returned items are received and processed at our warehouse.

    If you need your items urgently, we recommend placing a new order. We’ll ship it out promptly (pending item availability), and once the original order is returned, we’ll refund you for the returned items.


    Shipping Address Errors & Unclaimed Parcels

    If your parcel is returned to us due to:

    • Incomplete or incorrect address

    • Unclaimed at the post office

    • Moved or refused delivery

    We will:

    • Refund the cost of the items once returned to us

    • Not refund the shipping fees

    • You are welcome to place a new order at any time

    We understand mistakes happen and we’re here to help—please reach out right away if something doesn’t look right on your confirmation email.
