    How to Check Product Availability

    Each item in our store displays availability just below the Add to Cart button. Here's what the labels mean:

    Availability Status What It Means
    SOLD OUT Currently unavailable. Check just below for a note like "Expected Restock..."
    ADD TO CART + “Typically ships in…” Item can be ordered—shipping speed will vary based on the note below the button
    UNAVAILABLE This product is not an option on our store.  Either because it does not exist or we don't carry it.

    Shipping Timeframes Explained

    • Ships in 0–2 Days
      Regularly stocked. May not be on hand the hour you order but usually restocked and shipped within 1–2 business days.
    • Ships in 1–3 Days
      Quick to ship item. Not always in stock but usually arrives from supplier within 1–2 days.
    • Ships in 2–3 Weeks
      Special order item. Typically not kept in regular stock. Order only if you’re okay with a longer lead time.

    Urgent Orders or Priority Shipping?

    If your order is time-sensitive, please write "PRIORITY" or "URGENT" in the order comments during checkout.

    Our warehouse team monitors these flags daily and will:

    • Prioritize your order for same-day shipping when possible
    • Email you promptly if items aren’t available for immediate fulfillment
    • Offer in-stock alternatives when applicable
