The Womb to Grow™ Model Set features nine weighted, pillowlike models that represent the average size and weight of a fetus at nine developmental stages. Each model includes information on the stage illustrated, making fetal growth easy to understand for expectant parents, childbirth classes, and prenatal education.
Designed by childbirth educator Theresa Erichsen, RN, BSN, LCCE, FACCE, IBCLC, these soft, non-threatening models help mothers-to-be visualize fetal development and highlight the importance of prenatal care. The set ranges from 0.4 g to 7 lb and includes presentation notes with suggested uses for teens and adult learners.
