- STEP 3: WAIT for us to email you that your order is ready for pickup. We fulfill orders Monday-Friday. Order before noon for same day pickup. *Pending product availability.
- STEP 4: Receive email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup. This email contains a temporary pin code to open the door to retrieve your order. Parcel lockers are open 24 hours and 7 days per week and monitored by video.
- STEP 5: Visit our warehouse at Suite 110, 6330 - 12 Street SE Calgary, Alberta. Our front door is under the blue "Medical Supply" sign.
