Vicryl Plus Antibacterial Suture (VCP316H) is a sterile, absorbable braided suture designed for soft tissue approximation and ligation. Coated with polyglactin 910 and impregnated with Triclosan, this antibacterial suture helps reduce the risk of suture-related infection at the wound site—a trusted choice for obstetric, gynecological, and general surgical procedures.
This 3-0 size suture features a 27-inch (68.6 cm) violet-dyed strand with a unidirectional SH (small half-circle) needle ideal for soft tissue in deep or confined spaces. The absorbable construction eliminates the need for suture removal, with predictable absorption completed between 56 and 70 days.
