How to Use

1. Insert inlet and outlet tubes into the adapter.
2. Thread the outlet tube through the flow controller.
3. Place the inlet tube through the X-shaped opening of the nipple into the bottle.
4. Position the outlet tube near your nipple and secure with medical tape.
5. Begin feeding — use either the Haakaa bottle squeeze method or elevate the bottle to start milk flow.
6. Adjust the flow rate with the controller or by gently squeezing the bottle.

Cleaning & Care

• Clean thoroughly after each use with the included brush.
• Sterilize using boiling water (2–3 minutes) or steam sterilizer.
• Avoid bleach-based cleaners and UV sterilizers.
• Inspect before each use and replace if damaged.
