How to Use

1. Sterilize pump by boiling in water for 3–5 minutes.
2. Place flange over nipple and ensure proper centering.
3. Apply suction by squeezing the base to start milk flow.
4. Leave the pump in place to collect milk naturally.
5. When full, transfer milk into a clean storage container.

💡 Tip: Attach the Haakaa to the opposite breast while nursing to catch let-down that would otherwise be lost.
