Description
Use these great teaching tools to explain cervical effacement and dilation. Set features five cloth models that represent the progression of effacement and dilation at 1 cm, 3 cm, 5 cm, 8 cm, and 10 cm.
Use the set with our Fetal Model (79814), which is not included and sold separately, to demonstrate the position of the fetus as labor progresses. Simulate descent of the fetus by placing the Fetal Model through each cervical model’s open-ended back.
Each cervical model also features a cervical opening. Delivery of the fetus’s head can be demonstrated by pulling the Fetal Model’s head through the 10-cm cervix model. Set comes with five cloth cervix models and instructions.
