Breast Pump Flanges – Find your best fit

Finding the right breast pump flange size is essential for comfort and effective milk expression. The Ameda® CustomFit™ Flange System provides a wide range of options so every mom can find her best fit. While all Ameda HygieniKit® Milk Collection Systems include the standard 25mm flange, you can choose from additional sizes and inserts to ensure optimal comfort and pumping efficiency.

Available sizes include M-L (28.5mm / 30.5mm), XL-XXL (32.5mm / 36mm), 22.5mm reducing inserts, 25mm and 28.5mm replacement flanges, 30.5mm replacement flanges, and the Ameda Flexishield 21mm inserts (2-pack). All flanges are BPA- and DEHP-free and compatible with every Ameda breast pump.

Note: Breast and nipple size can change after birth and with pumping—choosing the right flange fit helps improve milk flow and overall pumping comfort.
