Placing Your Order

Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Most orders ship within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days during busy periods.

Weekend orders are prepared for shipment the following Monday.
Most orders ship the same day if placed early on a weekday.
Shipping Method & Transit Times

During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method (e.g., Economy, Xpresspost, Priority).

The transit timeline begins once your order ships, not from the time you place the order.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your package is on its way.
🕒 Example: If you place an order on Friday afternoon and select Next Day Shipping, your order will ship Monday, and arrive Tuesday.
