While a personal-use pool may physically withstand multiple uses, there is no warranty coverage beyond the first use, which poses a risk for rental businesses.
If you’re a midwife or doula managing the pool directly, and can ensure careful cleaning, drying, and storage, a personal pool may offer value. However, if you’re delivering pools to clients for independent use, a professional-use pool is strongly recommended to reduce warranty and durability issues.

Can I return a pool that’s been used?
No. Once opened and removed from the box, pools are non-returnable, unless a manufacturer defect is identified.
Unopened pools may be returned within 120 days if still in resalable condition.
