The PELVITUB water cushion by FEBROMED was specially developed for water births. It makes it easier for the mother to intensively use the various positions offered by a professional birthing tub. The mother can sit on it and also kneel – to enable soothing positional changes and balancing movements and thus support the natural and drug free birth by reducing labor pain. PELVITUB is foamed in one piece and has a smooth and therefore extremely hygienic surface. The water cushion is easy and safe to clean and can be quickly and reliably reused in the delivery room after use. Strong suction cups prevent the pillow from slipping or floating up – an absolute plus in safety compared to other products not specialized in water birth.
Advantages of the Pelvitub® cushion inside the bathtub:
- Provides a soft surface for the knees of the birthing person during relaxation.
