How to Use

1. Sterilise your pump by boiling in water for 3–5 minutes.
2. Place the flange over your nipple, centering it comfortably.
3. Apply suction by gently squeezing the base of the pump.
4. Once milk begins to flow, leave the pump to collect.
5. When full, empty into a clean storage bottle and reapply if needed.
