Any manufacturer's defects need to be reported within 30 days of delivery. It is HIGHLY recommended that pools be opened and inspected well prior to a due date so that if there is a manufacturing defect it can be replaced well in time for the birth. If a pool is purchased second-hand, the warranty is no longer in effect, even if it is within 5 uses or one year from the original purchase.
