Local Calgary Same Day Shipping

This option is available for customers who really need their items asap. Priority & Same day shipping orders take priority and get fulfilled before others.

Local Calgary same day delivery orders are picked up by couriers daily before 12pm.  The courier needs 4-5 hours to pickup and deliver your order before 5pm.

When you order before 11am, it will be delivered same day before 5pm.  *Pending product availability.

What happens if I order after 11am?

If we can't prepare your order in time for 12pm courier pickup, your order will be shipped the following day and arrive before 5pm.  (see RUSH service below)

What happens if the product(s) I ordered are not available?

What if I order after 11am but before 2pm?  

Our regular couriers (UPS and Canada Post) pick up at 3:30 daily so if you are ordering before 2pm and want it delivered the next day, then you can just ship regular Canada Post Expedited or UPS Standard for a same timeline (though not guaranteed) it only takes 1 day to ship within Calgary with regular methods.

RUSH Calgary Same Day

We do offer RUSH services for local Calgary deliveries as fast as 2-3 hours.  You need to have your order submitted before 1pm for us to fulfill and have the courier pickup before 2pm so it can arrive before 5pm same day.  The cost of this service is typically 2x Regular Same day rate.

We typically need "at least" 1 hour to process and fulfill your order from the time we receive it.  Once fulfilled, your order will be placed in a parcel locker in our front foyer and you will be given an access code to retrieve your order 24x7.  This service will be available approx August 2024.  

Order before 9am - your order will be ready for pickup by 11am
Order before 2pm - your order will be ready for pickup by 3pm
Order after 2pm - If we can't fulfill your order for pickup tonight, your order will be ready for pickup by 11am the following morning. 

Priority Shipping - Outside Calgary

While we cannot offer same day delivery, we can offer overnight.  Our couriers pick up at 3:30pm daily so if you have your order in before 2pm or so and select Canada Post Priority or UPS Express Saver then your order will arrive the following day.  **Pending product availability.
