    Requirements 

    To apply for an exemption, you and your order must meet these requirements: 

    • You're entitled to a sales tax exemption under the Indian Act  and have emailed us a copy of your certificate (both sides of document)
    • The product(s) is being delivered to a reserve
    • All Federal and Provincial tax exemption requirements are adhered to

    Steps: 

    1. Create an account on our website
    2. Email us a copy of your certificate from the same email address you created an account with.  (scan both sides of certificate/document)
    3. Once received, we will assign tax exemption to your account and you will be able to complete an order without taxes applied.  **Your shipping address must be a reserve.
